CH Foundation Restoring Headquarters

This year, the CH foundation approved a plan for the restoration of the historic Mallet Ranch headquarters to more closely resemble how it originally appeared at the time of it's founding over a hundred years ago.

The first stage of this plan was the demolition of the dilapidated 1940's manager's house.

This tear-down and clean-up operation was successfully implemented over the course of 5 days in February of 2025.

The future steps of this restoration project will include refurbishment of the original tack room and the old garage/shop.
